   plan construction, financing packages, business council and advocacy.

*  Partnered with Schenectady County Community Business Center and U-Start Incubator 
   for Entrepreneurial Classes to new businesses.

*  Managed 65 acre Industrial Park serving multiple tenants.

*  Assisted the City of Schenectady with revitalizing neighborhoods.

*  Taught and Currently teach"Financial Education" classes in the community.

*  Developed "Youth Group"classes on employ ability for High School students.

*  Coordinated Job Fair and employee recruitment for local businesses.

Sid Ramotar currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Key Bank, N.A., and as Branch Manager of the Downtown Schenectady location. Working with small business owners and entrepreneurs as part of his daily professional vocation has kept him informed of current economic trends and forecasts impacting small businesses and the Community. He has over eight years of combined small business development experience through his position as Business Development Specialist for Schenectady Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and as Branch Manger of the Schenectady Key Center.

His role at SEDC encompassed all aspects of economic development including,
construction of business plans 
financing packages for local companies
employee recruitment, site selection and real estate acquisition
business counseling, and advocacy.

Understanding the local small business climate through his efforts at SEDC and Key Bank have contributed to his ability to offer business owners and the Community a comprehensive perspective to financial planning and education. Sids Membership in the professional and non-profit organizations mentioned are reflective of his commitment to constantly promote the financial growth and vitality of both the consumer and small business market within Schenectady County.

He resides in Glenville, New York, with his wife Vicki who teaches at Crossroads Center for Children in Burnt Hills.  Twin sons Matthew and Tyler are sophomores  at Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School.They play for the schools Junior Varsity Baseball Team.
